The 46-year-old, in his third season in charge of Barca, was speaking after their 6-1 win over Sporting Gijon on Wednesday evening.
It has been a turbulent season for the Catalan giants, with Real Madrid in pole position to relieve them of their La Liga crown.
Barca are also on the verge of exiting the Champions League at the last-16 stage, having lost their first leg game 4-0 against Paris St-Germain in France.

Enrique’s contract was due to expire at the end of the season and the club had not given any indications there would be an extension offered.
Now, the manager has moved to clarify his position, confirming that he will indeed be leaving in the summer.
“It is a difficult, measured and well thought-out decision and I think I have to be loyal to what I think,” he told a press conference that Nou Camp.
“I would like to thank the club for the confidence they have shown in me. It’s been three unforgettable years.”
Club president Josep Maria Bartomeu thanked the manager for his contribution and urged everyone concerned to ensure the best possible end to his reign.
“Luis Enrique has brought us great success and he can still bring us more. The players are motivated to do it,” he said.
“We accept Luis Enrique’s decision. He has been a great coach. Now is it time to end his spell in the best possible way.”
